How Can BWRT Therapy Help you?

BWRT is a complete therapy system that can help with most psychological problems.

Generalised Anxiety Disorder (G.A.D.) and Free Floating Anxiety

PTSD: no matter how long ago it was or how recent, whether it was self-inflicted in some way or the result of an accident or violence.

CPTSD: where there has been prolonged duress and threat, or many different traumas over a long period, even years.

 

Depression: It doesn't matter how long you've had it or why it started, even if you feel it can't be helped. 

Procrastination: Do you always put things off until the last minute? There is a specialised system designed for exactly that problem.

Emotional Eating: Do you turn to food when stressed, anxious, tired, disappointed, or bored? BWRT will quickly sort this

Destructive Anger: It is often associated with issues deep in the psyche but it can respond well to the right therapy.

How many sessions?

This is difficult to answer, as it depends on the issue. For a straightforward fear of needles or flying, a single session may well be enough. But for more complex issues, more sessions will be needed—but BWRT has been shown to be one of the fastest and most effective therapies today. Major change can be achieved within four sessions, while complex issues require more.
