I offer focused, structured BWRT® therapy designed to create change as efficiently as possible.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, past experiences, habits, or something that simply doesn’t feel right, our work is tailored to your specific situation.

Your First Step: Free Consultation

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you decide if BWRT is right for you.

During this call we will:

  • talk through what you would like to change

  • explore how BWRT can help

  • answer any questions you may have

There is no obligation........it is simply an opportunity to understand how we would work together.

BWRT Sessions

Sessions are focused, structured and tailored to the issue you want to resolve.

BWRT works directly with the brain’s automatic responses, which means we are not spending sessions analysing or repeatedly discussing the problem.

Instead, we work on changing the pattern behind it.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Many clients experience significant change within 1–6 sessions, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.

Some issues can be resolved very quickly, while others may benefit from a short course of sessions, some involve longer depending on complexity.

This will always be discussed clearly with you.

Types of Work I Offer

I work with a wide range of issues, from specific concerns to more complex, long-standing patterns.

This may include:

  • a single focused issue (such as a phobia or specific fear)

  • ongoing anxiety or emotional patterns

  • confidence and self-doubt

  • habits or behaviours you want to change

  • more complex or long-term difficulties

Each piece of work is approached in a structured and individual way.

A Different Approach to Therapy

You won’t be required to:

  • relive difficult experiences

  • spend months talking about the problem

  • revisit things you would rather leave in the past

BWRT allows us to work in a more direct and contained way, focusing on creating change rather than revisiting what has already happened.

Working Together

Sessions are available:

  • in person

  • online via video call

This allows flexibility and access wherever you are based.
